<Our Purpose>
Japanese society is currently facing the problem of a serious labor shortage.
The power of foreign workers is becoming increasingly indispensable, especially in areas that support the foundations of our lives, such as the service industry, nursing care, and logistics.
The Japan Association for Foreign Employment in the Food and Beverage Industry (JBA) has been working to realize a society in which foreign talent can continue to play an active role in Japan for a long time, with peace of mind, rather than simply securing temporary human resources.We are focusing on supporting the "mutual development" of both foreign talent and companies, such as by collaborating with local Japanese language education institutions, providing support for life and settling in after entering the country, and building an educational system that supports career advancement.
We believe that "nurturing foreign talent" is the same as nurturing Japanese society itself. We are convinced that working and learning together beyond culture and language will create new value for both organizations and society.
