Foreign talent introduction
We support both domestic recruitment (international students, former technical intern trainees, and those seeking to change their residence status) and overseas recruitment.
After hearing about your desired nationality, age, Japanese language ability, and experience, our dedicated teams by nationality will create a list of candidates in as little as three days, and will accompany you in one stop from arranging interviews, making job offers, and entering the country.

Recruitment for foreign job seekers
We propose candidates in as little as three days from our unique network specializing in five industries: restaurant, accommodation, food and beverage manufacturing, nursing care, and driver. Since our founding in 2019, we have supported the recruitment of over 2,800 people, and our post-employment training support services have resulted in a retention rate that is twice the industry average.
Settlement/Support
In addition to the 10 mandatory support items, we also hold online Japanese language study sessions twice a week and hold exchange events with Japanese people three to four times a year.

We provide support that reduces concerns to as close to zero as possible for both companies and foreign workers.
Education and Training
The course will be taught by a team of instructors with extensive experience, including one who is an expert on foreign talent and has designed human resource education and training programs for a total of over 10,000 people.
We provide a curriculum that addresses the real issues that foreign workers face in terms of prevention and countermeasures, based on examples of actual work and everyday problems.

"Basic training" for foreign talent
This training provides foreign talent with the basic knowledge they need to work and live in Japan. Through practical examples, participants learn business etiquette and everyday rules in an easy-to-understand manner, and acquire the skills to smoothly adapt and thrive in Japanese society.

Online Japanese Study Group
This is a weekly live class that foreign members currently supporting can attend free of charge. Aimed at N4 to N3 levels, it provides practical learning of conversation skills and vocabulary needed in the workplace, steadily improving Japanese language ability for everyday life and work.

Special No. 2 Exam Preparation Course
This book is an easy-to-understand edit of the important points from the official textbook for foreigners aiming to acquire Specified Skilled Worker No. 2. Dedicated instructors will provide explanations and quizzes to check your understanding, providing thorough support for passing the exam and achieving long-term success.
Application for status of residence
In cooperation with a legal specialist firm specializing in the employment of foreign nationals, we handle the acquisition and renewal of various residence statuses, including specific skills status 1 and 2, as well as family visas.
We manage document preparation, immigration applications, and progress monitoring all in one place, and have continued to achieve zero delays in administrative reporting.

We handle everything from preparing application documents to creating documents, electronic application, progress monitoring, and post-issuance follow-up.
Various consulting services
Companies that employ foreign nationals with specific skills are required to establish their own "appropriate support systems and plans," but due to the lack of expertise and costs, it can be difficult for them to do this on their own. The aim of this project is to help such companies establish and operate their own support systems for foreign human resources with the support of experts.
