Foreign talent introduction
Specified skilled workers are foreign nationals who have a residence status called "Specified Skills" and can work immediately in Japan. They are permitted to work in 16 fields, including nursing care, eating out, food manufacturing, and nursing care, and are characterized by having passed certain skills tests and the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
We usually propose candidates within two weeks of receiving your request. However, depending on the recruitment conditions, it may be difficult to gather candidates, so in that case we will consult with you again to find an easier way to gather candidates.
Although it varies depending on the field, the restaurant and nursing care industries require Japanese language proficiency of at least JLPT N4, or equivalent. Our association only introduces personnel who have studied the Japanese necessary for the job in advance.
The introduction fee and support costs will vary depending on the number of people hired and the support content. We provide free estimates, so please feel free to contact us.
There is no difference in costs based on Japanese language ability, but costs may vary depending on the type of residence status.
No, the referral fee is the same. However, travel expenses and actual costs related to immigration procedures may be charged separately.
Settlement and support
We are taking the following three steps to help foreign talent settle in the workplace.
① Improved matching accuracy through pre-interviews
Before the interview, our dedicated recruiting team will conduct a preliminary interview with the job seeker to thoroughly explain the job content and work environment. This will prevent mismatches after joining the company and reduce the risk of early turnover.
② Continuous follow-up system in your native language
We conduct regular interviews in the employee's native language, proactively approaching workers with whom we do not usually have much contact, in order to discover issues that may not readily surface at an early stage. In cooperation with companies, we are creating an environment where employees can work with peace of mind.
3) Creating opportunities for exchange among the three parties
Regular networking events are held between registered support organizations, accepting companies, and workers to deepen mutual understanding and build relationships of trust.
Counselors who can speak your native language will provide initial support and carefully listen to the worker's anxieties and worries. Depending on the content, we will work with the support management staff in charge of each company to provide specific support to resolve the issue. The content of the consultation will be properly managed and shared, so you can consult with peace of mind.
Yes, we can speak the following languages:
English / Vietnamese / Burmese / Indonesian / Nepalese / Korean / Chinese
Normally, the support for settling into the country is provided for the period of stay of the Specified Skilled Worker (Specified Skilled Worker) (maximum of 5 years), but if desired, we can continue to provide support even after the worker has transitioned to Specified Skilled Worker (Specified Skilled Worker) status.
Yes, we do. Through our partnerships with major rental companies, we can introduce properties across the country. We can also accommodate a variety of needs, such as coordinating with local real estate companies, corporate contracts with companies, and individual contracts with workers themselves.
Education and Training
The training involves practical learning of the knowledge necessary for life and work in Japan, taking into account the differences in thinking and culture between the participants' home countries and Japan. The content is made up of the following eight themes, and emphasis is placed on "output-type" training, where participants think and speak for themselves, rather than just listening.
・Attitude (work philosophy and values)
・Daily life (manners and customs)
・Work (workplace rules, sense of responsibility)
・Money (salary, taxes, insurance)
・Sex (gender harassment)
・Law (residence status and rules)
・Troubleshooting (how to consult)
・Crime prevention and disaster prevention (disaster response, crime prevention)
Yes, the text is written in both Japanese and English, and all kanji characters are accompanied by furigana. We will gradually expand our translation support to languages other than English.
Focusing on the differences in work culture between Japanese people and foreigners, this course provides tips on communication and specific examples to prevent common workplace problems. It provides practical content that managers and on-site leaders can use immediately.
Yes, we offer the following exam preparation courses approximately three times a year, which include mock exams.
・Specific Skills No. 2 Exam Preparation (Food Service Industry)

Yes, we can. We can flexibly design the training content, duration, and cost to suit your company's needs. The training period can range from a minimum of 120 minutes to a maximum of two weeks, and we will propose the optimal plan based on a preliminary interview.
Although it depends on the content and scale of the training, we generally ask that you apply at least two months in advance of your desired date. We are currently receiving many requests, and depending on the content, it may take three months or more. Please contact us as soon as possible.
It depends on the venue and training format, but as a guideline we can accommodate a maximum of 30 to 50 people per session. Please contact us for more details.
Application for status of residence
The Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 status of residence allows you to work in Japan for a total of up to five years.
Furthermore, if you pass the required skills test and Japanese language test and transition to Specified Skills No. 2 status, there will be no limit on the period of stay, allowing you to work and live long-term.
It is possible to return to Japan temporarily. However, re-entering the country close to the deadline for returning to Japan may result in problems or denial at immigration, so we strongly recommend that you return and re-enter with ample time to spare.
Additionally, the Immigration Bureau may request you to submit additional documents during the application process, so it is important to thoroughly check that all documents are complete when applying.
According to data published by the Ministry of Justice, it typically takes about two to five months from application.
However, depending on the congestion at the Immigration Bureau, it may take longer.
Therefore, we recommend that you start preparing your application two to three months before your desired start date.
Yes, it is possible. However, you will need to pass the specific skills test (skills test + Japanese language test) that corresponds to the field you wish to transfer to.
After passing the exam, you will be able to work in other fields by completing the procedures to change your residence status.
Yes, it is possible. Our group's administrative scrivener corporation will handle the application procedures for status of residence on your behalf. We also accept requests for application only, so please contact us for more information.
The application documents themselves can be prepared jointly by the worker and the accepting company, but because the procedures for a Specified Skilled Worker visa are more complicated than those for other work visas, it is recommended that you ask a specialized agency to handle the process.
If you contact us, a certified administrative scrivener corporation within the group will handle the matter.
In-house support consulting
If you are providing support services in-house without using a registered support organization, you will need to prepare a "support plan" and submit it to the Immigration Services Agency for approval.
Additionally, your company should have the following in place:
・Support manager (the person who oversees support within the company)
・Support staff (the person who actually provides support to foreign workers)
Furthermore, there is a need for a system that can reliably implement 10 items of mandatory support for foreign workers.
"Support staff" refers to executives or employees who provide various types of support to foreign talent at a practical level.
・In principle, full-time employees of a company (preferably)
・Those who are in a position to directly interact with foreign talent, such as by interviewing them and providing support for their daily lives
is the right person for the job.
There are no restrictions on job title or department, but it is important that you are easily contactable on a daily basis.
Yes, we provide support to companies that wish to provide support in-house rather than outsourcing it to a registered support organization.
We offer a range of support options, including organizing the requirements for in-house support, assistance with applications to switch support, knowledge of periodic and ad hoc reporting documents, and lectures on the 10 items of mandatory support, until you are finally able to provide in-house support without any problems.
Insufficient implementation of mandatory support could lead to the revocation of foreign workers' residence status and administrative guidance for companies.
In particular, the following items are likely to be pointed out during an audit, so be careful.
・Life orientation (guidance) not implemented
・Neglecting regular interviews and consultations
・Japanese language learning support has become a mere formality
The key to avoiding risks is to keep records (evidence) of the status of support implementation.
The guideline is approximately 2 to 5 hours per month per foreign worker.
The breakdown is as follows:
・Initial stage: Lifestyle guidance, assistance with arranging housing, banking, mobile phones, etc. → More time
・Mid-term: Regular consultations, community collaboration, Japanese language learning support, life consultations → Occurring continuously
If you are hiring multiple people, estimate the number of people each support staff member can handle and calculate the man-hours required.
If you outsource to a registered support organization, the going rate is 15,000 to 30,000 yen per person per month, but if you do it in-house, direct costs can be reduced. However, there will be costs for labor and training.
The advantages of in-house production are that it promotes adaptation to the company's culture and allows for flexible responses, while the disadvantages are the difficulty of securing human resources and understanding the system.
Both have advantages and disadvantages, so it is important to choose based on your company's structure and policies.
We also provide implementation consulting and training support for building in-house support systems. Please feel free to contact us.
