What kind of personnel are specified skilled workers?
Specified skilled workers are foreign nationals who have a residence status called "Specified Skills" and can work immediately in Japan. They are permitted to work in 16 fields, including nursing care, eating out, food manufacturing, and nursing care, and are characterized by having passed certain skills tests and the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
How long does it take to introduce foreign talent?
We usually propose candidates within two weeks of receiving your request. However, depending on the recruitment conditions, it may be difficult to gather candidates, so in that case we will consult with you again to find an easier way to gather candidates.
What level of Japanese language ability do you have?
Although it varies depending on the field, the food service and nursing care industries require Japanese language proficiency of at least JLPT N4, or equivalent. Our association only introduces personnel who have studied the Japanese necessary for the job in advance.
How much does it cost?
Referral fees and support costs vary depending on the number of people hired and the type of support provided.
