Regarding new graduate recruitment
Yes, we hire new graduates every year, and several new graduates are already working in various departments. We have created an environment that makes it easy for new graduates to grow.
We are looking for people who share a sense of mission and goal in their work of supporting opportunities for foreigners to thrive in Japan.
There are no required qualifications. Depending on the department, support work may require travelling by car, so it may be desirable to have a standard driver's license.
Your placement will be decided based on your preferences and suitability.
When you join the company, we provide 2-3 weeks of training necessary for the job, such as understanding the Specified Skilled Worker System. We have a support system in place to ensure that even those with no experience can smoothly enter the workforce.
Mid-career recruitment
Yes, we welcome people with no experience. After joining the company, we have a training and support system in place, so if you have the aptitude, you can work with peace of mind.
Generally, starting dates are the 1st or 15th of each month. We will confirm your preferred starting date during the interview.
Yes, it is paid twice a year (June and December).
Every quarter (every three months), a fixed amount is paid out from the amount achieved against the target profit. This is a system that properly reflects results.
Learning the basics about visas and employment for foreigners will help you get started smoothly, but please rest assured that it is not required.
About the selection process
The decision on whether to accept or reject the application will be made after a document screening, a first interview, an aptitude test, and a second interview. Depending on the circumstances, some steps may be omitted.
Some departments may require a driver's license, but it is not a requirement.
There is no academic ability test, but there is an aptitude test that can be taken online.
The results of the aptitude test will not be made public.
It takes approximately two weeks to one month from document screening to job offer. This may vary depending on the situation and type of job.
About working style
The basic hours are 9:00-18:00.
We can also discuss shortened working hours and adjustments to working hours depending on family circumstances.
Basically, you will be working in the office.
However, in cases of family circumstances or unavoidable circumstances, you may be permitted to work from home after consulting with your supervisor.
We will lend you a business PC and business mobile phone. Please use them for business-related communications and work.
It depends on the department, but on average it's around 20 hours a month.
The busy season is from December to April, the end of the fiscal year. We receive an increase in requests from companies to handle new graduates and those changing jobs.
Salary increases are determined once a year in May based on the evaluation of the previous year. The amount of the increase varies depending on the individual's evaluation.
The trial period is three months. Salary and other conditions will not change during the trial period.
