■ Additional charges besides the product price
For delivery of early bird lift tickets, etc.: Shipping fee is a flat rate of 600 yen nationwide (Yamato Transport).
*Electronic tickets (Smalife) do not incur shipping fees.
■ Application validity period / Sales quantity
There is no specific expiration date for applications.
There are sales quantity limits for each product.
■ Delivery period
Electronic tickets (Smalift) can be issued from your SURF&SNOW member My Page after purchase (it may take a few minutes for the ticket to be reflected). When using the service, access My Page from your smartphone and authenticate at the ski resort.
Early Bird Tickets (Delivery): We will ship your tickets as soon as they are ready (usually within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and the New Year period). Lift ticket shipments are scheduled to begin around late October, with the exception of some products. Delivery will generally be via postal mail.
■ Payment Methods and Payment Timing
Credit card payment (VISA / Master / JCB / AMEX / Diners)
Payment is accepted in a single installment only.
■ Returns, cancellations, and defective products
Defective product: Please contact the lift ticket office immediately after receiving the product.
Returns and Cancellations: We cannot accept returns, changes or additions to orders after completion, refunds, exchanges for other tickets, or reissues under any circumstances. Please carefully check your purchase details before buying.
Disclaimer: Lift tickets are valid only at the ski resort and during the specified period. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or destruction. In principle, refunds will not be given in cases where the ski resort's operating period or hours are reduced due to measures against infectious diseases such as COVID-19, or due to weather or snow conditions, making the ticket unusable.
[Special Terms and Conditions Regarding MSRP (Sports Equipment Rental Reservation)]
On this website, the rental of sports equipment to users is not conducted by our company, but by the individuals or corporations (hereinafter referred to as "businesses") that have entered into contracts with our company and are registered with us. Please also check the terms of service of each rental site for specific details.
■ Rental service providers
The names of businesses displayed under "MSRP" are listed on each rental site.
The addresses, telephone numbers, and legally required information for each business location, including the person in charge of rental operations, will be provided upon request. Please contact us if you require this information.
■ Rental fee
The price will be as displayed on each rental site.
■ Delivery period
The date will be the one you specified when making your reservation.
■ Payment timing and payment method
For businesses that accept advance payment: Payment will be made via credit card once the rental reservation is approved.
For businesses that do not accept advance payment: Payment will be made on-site using the payment method agreed upon by each business before receiving services.
■ Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations made up to 3 days before the rental start date: Full refunds will be issued for reservations canceled through the rental website.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental start date: You will be required to pay a cancellation fee determined according to the regulations of each business location.
