The 4th Supporter Gathering ~BBQ Party~ was held

This month, on Sunday, July 16th, we held our 4th supporter social gathering, a BBQ party.

One of the mandatory support tasks for registered support organizations is to support interactions with Japanese people, and as part of this, our association holds ``supporter exchange meetings'' two to three times a year.

We hope to expand exchanges that transcend companies and nationalities while experiencing unique Japanese experiences and culture.

Last year, we climbed Mt. Fuji and went on a ski tour to Kiyosato.

This time, as the number of people supporting us has increased, we wanted to get more people involved, so we held a BBQ party. 50 people attended, including staff!

The event will be held at Akigawabashi River Park BBQ Land, located about an hour by train from central Tokyo and a 5-minute walk from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station!

It was a brilliant sunny day!

The temperature was... 38℃ (^▽^;)

In the scorching heat, the BBQ party begins!

Grill the meat and vegetables one after another!

I'd like to thank everyone who worked in the grill during this heat.

Now that the meat is cooked, let's start eating!

It's hot, so we took a break and took a dip in the river to refresh ourselves.

Everyone was having fun buying beach balls and swim rings (*^^*)

We heard people say things like, "It's fun because we don't usually get to go to the river!" and "It feels like we're on a trip!"

For this BBQ party, we have prepared two events that will give you a taste of Japanese summer (^^) The first one is "Nagashi Somen"!

Many people are experiencing this for the first time and are very interested.

The second event is the quintessential summer BBQ event: "Watermelon Smashing"!!!

This was also the first time for many people to experience this, and it was a lot of fun!

There were lots of cheers and shouts of "This way, this way!" and "No way!"

We try one by one, but it's hard to crack...

After 10 attempts, it finally broke!!!

The BBQ party is coming to an end.

We spent some time relaxing by swimming in the river and eating meat, and before we knew it, the venue was closing time and the BBQ party was over (*´ω`*)

We would like to continue to promote exchanges that transcend nationalities and companies through networking events and other means.

We are planning to hold a Nara sightseeing tour in October and a ski tour in winter.
