Support Services Introduction [Regular Visit Report Vol.4]

This is the fourth report of our regular visits!

This time, I went to a regular interview with " Pan no Kuni, " a popular local bakery in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture .

The shop is about a 20-minute drive from Fuji Station, and is in a wonderful location where you can see Mount Fuji on a clear day.

The shop is a log cabin-style building, and there is a swing on the terrace and a story-telling space inside the shop, so it has plenty of facilities that are perfect for families with small children!

Mai, who is from Vietnam, works here.

Today I have an interview with the shop owner, Mr. Maejima, and his wife, Mai.

Mai gained experience in bread making for three years as a technical intern trainee, and then changed jobs to Pan no Kuni.

He is making the most of his experience and is doing great work at Pan no Kuni!

Currently, Mai is in charge of a wide range of tasks, from baking to molding and processing.

Mai told us that they taught her carefully and that it was a very homey and comfortable working environment.

The owner, Mr. Maejima, will be going to Vietnam to interview new Vietnamese employees.

Mai will also be joining us online as an interpreter!

I am also studying Japanese, aiming to pass the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N1!

Mai's younger brother is also planning to get a job with a specific skill next year (^^)/

My younger brother is currently an international student and is planning to take the Specified Skills Examination, so we are supporting him by having him participate in the Specified Skills Examination preparation seminars held by our association (*^-^*)

We are very happy that you and your sister can support us together!

On the way back, I bought some bread that Mai recommended as a souvenir.

(It looked so delicious that I ate it so quickly I forgot to take a photo...lol. It was actually really delicious!)

All of the bread is handmade from scratch and is delicious.

Among them, curry bread, cream bread, and Danish roll are the top three most popular!
