[Networking Event] The 1st Global Meet Up was held!

The 1st Global Meet Up exchange event was held on Thursday, January 18, 2024!

This time, a total of five people participated, including four Vietnamese and one Nepalese.

<Purpose of the event>

There was an opinion that even if they work for the same company, there are surprisingly few opportunities for foreign workers to interact with each other if they work at different stores. Therefore, we held a "Global Meet Up" as a way to share the joys and worries of working in the same industry and to create an opportunity to expand the community.

<Contents>

This time, we invited foreign staff working at an izakaya to participate and exchanged opinions based on the following three themes.

The themes this time will be the following three.

-Have you had any difficulties or problems at work?

-Have you ever had fun at work or in your personal life?

Have you grown since you started working?

A wide range of opinions were expressed on each theme.

It was a great pleasure for our association to hear that everyone was taking on challenges with a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.

I think it was a great opportunity to share the same joys and worries that come with being in the same industry.

We hope to continue holding these events regularly and create a place for communication that will expand our circle!
